Open Letter to Prospective Dealers
We welcome participation in our Independent Dealer Program.
Qualifications:
• You must have a retail business to qualify.
• You must operate within an agreed upon assigned territory, on a per store basis. Your staff must be trained in sales of Plants, hydroponics, plant growing systems, and accessories, while providing plant sciences advice to customers relating to successfully meeting customer goals.
• Your product mix are 60% or more related to Crops and gardening.
• You are prepared to enable your staff to meet the opportunity created by the transition from a PAR model of plant growth, to a Quantum Flux Model for optimum plant productivity as defined by Quantum Crops.
• You accept and will facilitate Quantum Crops training and reorientation to Quantum Flux.
• You will display Quantum Crops products in real world growing scenarios, based on common customer preferences expressed, in your local market.
• You will agree to establish sales quotas based on reasonable goals set between your staff and ours.
• You will support Commercial Grower as well as End User customer sales and acceptance of Quantum Crops Solutions.
• You will maintain your current account according to the terms set forth between our companies.
• You will agree to maintain a Credit card on file (Master Card, Visa, or American Express) to ensure payment of any amounts more than 7 days past due.
• Your Credit Line available will be based on your financial statements ability to support a credit line, maintain a positive credit condition by maintaining a positive payment history, commensurate to the terms and conditions agreed upon under our Dealer program.
• You agree to not sell the products provided outside of your authorized area, through any third party including ebay, or any other web sites, that have no support or relationship with your customers needs for service, support while not providing value added at the point of sale.
• Quantum Crops may provide POINT of Sale materials for merchandising Wavelinks and Quantum Flux Retrofit lamps on a loaner basis. Quantum Crops may arrange to provide items under a performance sales plan, which returns any material to us, if any of our programs policies or conditions for doing business fall short of expectations.
• Demo Inventory may be made available at a Demo Price; Demo Inventory will be maintained as Demo Inventory and not sold for a period of 6 months. Upon termination of the Demo Period, The Dealer will sell the Demo Items and remit the Agreed upon Cost basis to Quantum Crops.
• Demo Items are subject to promotional periodic changes, over successive periods, please contact Inside sales to arrange to participate in demo and promotional product placement.
• Quantum Crops will maintain a Suggested Retail Price at our home page. Quantum Crops may change said prices up or down based on Promotional opportunities as originated by the company.
• 3rd Party Bundling will be encouraged, and dealer partners will be expected to support these programs or demonstrate the ability to position another 3rd party of like or similar products which will deliver the same or better solution within our marketing program goals.
• Other Co-Op advertising or promotional programs will be approved or disproved on a case by case basis.
• You agree to get prior approval for any use of our Logos, products, or descriptions about us and our products, before commencing independent activity at promotions or advertising.
